Chart forms need their required fields before they are stored. ER and routine visits are different forms. The chart packet gathers one person’s forms, recent passes, visits, allergy, goals and signatures, and downloads as CSV.

Plans and goals

The problem

The treatment plan sits in a drawer while the floor guesses.

What Condor does

Plans hold what helps, what to avoid, and goals counted from the daily log. A reviewer can sign that the plan matches the care. Clinicians see who is moving and who needs them, with draft plans called out.

Honest limits

  • Condor does not include e-prescribing.
  • Signatures are attestations stored with the record. Condor is not a certified electronic-signature product.
  • Medication passes and charts need a connection. They do not queue offline.
