What is Condor Outcomes?
Condor Outcomes is a live Behavior Scorecard on top of Condor's own purpose-built EHR for residential behavioral-health and human-services programs. What is the Behavior Scorecard?

Is Condor a full EHR or an add-on to another EHR?

Can staff use Condor on a phone?
