Staff credentials

Know whose card is about to lapse.

CPR and first aid cards expire in a spreadsheet nobody opens. Condor puts expiry where the shift is planned.

HIPAA-ready · SOC 2-ready · Screens show sample data only

Credentials in plain words

The problem

Dates in a spreadsheet do not warn anyone.

What Condor does

Expiry is written in words, like expires in 11 days. A lapsed card warns the floor. It does not lock someone out of a shift.

Warnings where the shift is planned

The problem

You find out about a lapsed card after the shift.

What Condor does

The same expiry shows on the open coverage hole, so the supervisor sees it while assigning.

  • Coverage warning
  • Never a silent block

Honest limits

  • Condor tracks credentials and their expiry. It is not a learning management system and does not deliver courses.
  • Training hours for foster homes are kept on the foster home record.

It all comes back to the Scorecard

Every log, note, program and report in Condor feeds the Behavior Scorecard, and the Scorecard feeds Outcomes. One record, one picture of how each person is doing.
