Condor gives residential programs a full eMAR next to the live Behavior Scorecard. Keep your current EHR, or use Condor on its own.
The MAR calendar. Day, week or month, with a letter code and staff initials for every dose. Click any screen to see it full size.
Real screens from the new Condor app, with sample data. Scheduled, PRN, STAT, taper and controlled meds all run from the same hourly med pass.
Built for the residential floor — then backed by the same security stack auditors ask about.
Designed for residential behavioral health and human services — not a hospital EHR squeezed into a group home.
Behavior points, incidents and meds live in one app, so supervisors and nurses look at the same picture.
HIPAA-ready and SOC 2-ready. Encryption, row-level security between agencies, roles, two-step sign-in and an audit log.
Integrations · Works with your system
Condor runs alongside the system you already use. No rip-and-replace. No data migration. Condor connects through FHIR or file export where your system provides it, and the connection wizard walks you through it yourself.
Tested against the public Epic, Oracle Cerner and athenahealth sandboxes and generic FHIR servers. A production connection is set up per agency, with your EHR.
Upload a spreadsheet export. Condor maps the columns for you and shows a preview before anything is saved.
Put a CSV, Excel or HL7 file in your Condor drop folder. Condor picks it up, shows if it worked, and moves failed files aside. This is not SFTP yet.
Import admit, discharge and transfer messages as files. This is file-based; there is no live HL7 interface listener.
Pick a format, test it on sample rows, review matches, and turn it on. No ticket to file.
Other systems can read from Condor through a standard FHIR R4 API.
1. Scorecard first. Start with behavior tracking and the outcomes Scorecard. Your EHR stays the system of record.
2. Add MAR when ready. Turn on Condor’s eMAR for a house or a whole agency.
3. Add e-prescribing. E-prescribing through DrFirst is approved and coming soon.
Plain truth: Condor uses standard formats. It does not claim certified, official or real-time connections with any named EHR vendor. If your system can export a file or offers a FHIR R4 endpoint, you can try it with the wizard. There are no named connectors for other EHRs yet. How connections work →
